What can I expect from an Align with Chloe Pilates class?
A class that focusses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and increasing mind - body awareness and an added touch of spice. Expect a combination of controlled movements, focussing on the breath, and low-impact exercises that target specific muscle groups. The class also incorporates mindfulness and relaxation to help you release tension and leave you feeling centred and rejuvenated.
Can I book a private group class?
Yes! I offer private group sessions at different locations depending on availability. These sessions will be for all abilities or can be tailored to a specific focus if requested.
Do I need any experience to join a Pilates class?
Absolutely not! Our classes cater to all levels. You'll be guided through each movement where modifications will be available.
What should I wear/bring to a Pilates class?
Wear clothes suitable to exercise in, and just bring yourself and a water bottle! Mats and equipment are provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat.
Where are the classes located?
The Monday and Thursday classes are held at Poole Farm. Exact directions will be sent to you once booking is confirmed.
