Pilates: Align & Sculpt
Expect layers on layers. A contemporary Pilates sculpt class, that stays true to Pilates principles while layering in extra challenges for that extra body burn. Strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and posture. A full body movement that leaves you feeling strong and balanced, while enhancing the mind-body connection. Option to use props to give that next-level burn. Beginners welcome. Can be made pre/post-natal safe with modifications.
Pilates: Barre - inspired
Think Pilates… with a little extra sass and spice! This mat-based class blends the Pilates fundamentals, strength and alignment with the sculpting, pulsing energy inspired from barre. You’ll move through upbeat, low-impact sequences that fire up your core, glutes, and legs, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and lengthened. Expect great tunes, good vibes, and that signature Pilates burn we all love! Beginners welcome. *only barre-inspired
Pilates: Power
A dynamic, Pilates workout that challenges your strength, control, and endurance while keeping everything low impact. This class moves at a moderate-to-challenging pace, using controlled sequences, optional ankle weights, and props to increase resistance. Expect full-body engagement, flowing core and glute exercises, and arm work designed to tone and strengthen. Get ready to feel the burn from head to toe! Prior Pilates experience is recommended. Perfect for those who want a faster-paced, strength-focused class that builds stability, endurance, and total-body control - without high-impact cardio. Intermediate.
Pilates: Strength
A Pilates-based strength class using slow, controlled movements focusing on body weight, while using props and ankle weights for added strength. You’ll engage your core, glutes, arms, and legs for a deep, effective workout. This session emphasises precision, control, and mindful muscle engagement - challenging yet accessible for those familiar with Pilates fundamentals. Prior Pilates experience is needed, so you can safely follow the sequences and get the most from the class. Intermediate.
Heated Sculpt
Heated Sculpt is a Pilates-inspired class, set in a warm room. This class blends flowing movement with strength-based exercises to help build core stability, boost flexibility, and leave feeling energised from the inside out! Expect a mix of deep core work, low impact sculpting, and a full-body tone, all done at a pace that keeps your body moving and your mind focused. A more upbeat workout inspired by Pilates by using sculpting exercises. The warmth helps you stretch deeper, move better, and really feel each exercise. Think hot Pilates - but at a more bearable heat, feel the burn, sweat and leave with that post-class glow. All levels welcome. Not suitable for pre-natal, or clients with high blood pressure. Bring water & a towel just encase!

Private Group Classes are designed to meet your specific needs. Each session is fully customisable that  can be tailored to suit a goal or aim you're looking for. Whether that's classical Pilates, contemporary, or for a focus i.e. runners, swimmers etc.  Focusing on movement patterns and exercises that target your unique goals. With attention to detail and a clear focus on form, you’ll improve strength, mobility, and performance - without compromising on the elegance of Pilates.
