Welcome to my classes - a space to move with intention, build strength, and feel your best. My Pilates sessions are designed to challenge and support you, helping you improve posture, tone your body, increase mobility, and create a stronger mind-body connection. Whether you’re looking for a focused, low-impact workout or an energising class that leaves you feeling empowered, there’s something here for every level.

Choose from my signature Align & Sculpt Pilates, dynamic Power Sculpt Pilates, or book a private group session tailored to your occasion. Beyond the studio, I also host seasonal wellness events in collaboration with inspiring local businesses, creating opportunities to connect, recharge, and enjoy movement in new ways.

Pilates: Align & Sculpt

Expect layers on layers.

A contemporary Pilates sculpt class, that stays true to Pilates principles while layering in extra challenges for that extra body burn.


Strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and posture. 

A full body movement that leaves you feeling strong and balanced, while enhancing the mind-body connection.

 

Option to use props to give that next-level burn.

Beginners welcome. 

Can be made pre/post-natal safe with modifications*. 

*If you're pregnant and haven't been doing pilates before pregnancy, unfortunately, this is not the class for you. 

Power Sculpt Pilates

This class blends flowing movement with strength-based exercises to help build core stability, boost flexibility, and leave feeling energised from the inside out!

 

Expect a mix of deep core work, low impact sculpting, and a full-body tone, all done at a pace that keeps your body moving and your mind focused, moving to the beat of the music. 

A more upbeat workout based around the Pilates principles by using sculpting exercises.

 


Intermediate class. Not suitable for pre-natal, or clients with high blood pressure.

A slower way to start your weekend.

A 50-minute Pilates class to move your body, followed by a grounding guided meditation to help you fully switch off and reset.

After the session, you’re welcome to join for food at The Shack (with a small discount to attendees on hot/cold drinks) - time to connect, unwind, and ease into your Saturday.

Reset Sessions

Private Group Classes are designed to meet your specific needs.

Each session is fully customisable that  can be tailored to suit a goal or aim you're looking for. Whether that's classical Pilates, contemporary, or for a focus i.e. runners, swimmers etc.

Focusing on movement patterns and exercises that target your unique goals. With attention to detail and a clear focus on form, you’ll improve strength, mobility, and performance - without compromising on the elegance of Pilates.


Perfect for teams, small groups, or friends who want to move better and achieve more, together.
